When the system starts，the transmission mechanism will be put to the outside of carriage, so the mechanism won’t be damaged by the loading of machines or materials. Structural components like cover board hang on the lower edge of carriage and are far away from the vehicle working platform which avoids knocking against the loading equipments.

The cover board can cling to the side of carriage and won’t block the rear-view mirror when opened, so it won’t influence the performance of the truck as well as the traditional manual and small loading equipments working.

The cover board only needs ltte space when opened which makes the truck suitable for narrow working path. The truck is equipped with super voltage fuel bump and its Maximum Working Pressure could reach 28Mpa.

Cover board’s service life is same as carriage. Its structural parts are made of materials with high strength. For example, its frame is made of seamless rectangular pipe with high strength. Cover board can be made of cold-rolled plate of different thickness according to customer s requirements. There are strengthen bar on the surface of cover board which improve its anti-deformability.

Controlling operation

Firstly, turm on the control switch and make the power unit energized. Then press the “down” button to make cover board fully open and cling to the sideboard;

Press the “up” button to make the cover board flly close to prevent cargos from scattering or flying away which will protect the cargo safety as well as the environment.
